These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the nagi application and the nagi.app website, operated by Minimal Instruments ("we", "us").
Licence to use nagi
nagi is provided under a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence tied to the machine seats attached to your purchase. You may install and use nagi on up to the number of seats included with your licence.
Unlicensed use
You may use nagi without a licence to patch, preview, and build plugins, subject to the feature limits described on the Pricing page.
Acceptable use
You agree not to circumvent licence checks, redistribute licence tokens, or use nagi to build software that infringes the rights of others.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of nagi after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
