This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Minimal Instruments and covers your use of the nagi application.
Ownership of your work
Projects you create in nagi, and the plugins you build with it, are yours. We claim no rights over your patches, DSP code, or built binaries.
Grant
Subject to these terms and the Terms of Service, we grant you a licence to run nagi on the number of machines covered by your seats.
Restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer nagi's licence protection, resell licence tokens, or sublicense nagi itself to third parties.
Warranty disclaimer
nagi is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
